The province of Nan in Thailand is facing a critical flooding situation. Flash floods in Thung Chang district have caused significant damage, including the collapse of the Duangkam suspension bridge and the Wang Pha resort.

Footage shared on social media shows the rapid and destructive force of the floodwaters. The governor of Nan, Mr. Chainarong Wongyai, has issued an urgent warning to residents, particularly those in low-lying areas, to move their valuables to higher ground. He has also urged people to remain calm and to follow the instructions of officials. In addition, local authorities have been instructed to set up kitchens to provide food to those affected by the floods.
